Dr. Dawn L. Scott, a native of Kingstree, South Carolina is the owner and CEO of Dynamic Learning Solutions Educational Coaching and Consulting LLC, located in Hopkins, SC. Dr. Scott earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Child Development from Claflin University in Orangeburg, South Carolina. She continued her education in Orangeburg, SC at South Carolina State University where she earned a Master of Arts Teaching (M.A.T.) degree in Early Childhood Education. Dawn continued up the educational ladder to earn an Educational Specialist (Ed.S) degree in Administration from Cambridge College, in Boston, Massachusetts, and a doctoral (Ed.D) degree in Educational Leadership from Gardner-Webb University, Boiling Springs, NC.

With over 20 years of experience in education, Dr. Scott is passionate about empowering teachers and administrators to create meaningful and lasting impacts in their schools. Her educational background includes classroom teaching, leadership roles, and consulting, giving her a well-rounded perspective on the challenges and opportunities that exist in today's educational institutions.  

She is committed to supporting educators in achieving excellence by:
